Winter Solstice Festival

Winter Solstice Festival or so call DongZhi Festival is one of the most important festivals celebrated by all the Chinese and other East Asians on December 22 , when sunshine is weakest and daylight is shortest .

Traditionally, the DongZhi Festival is also a time for reunion with their family. One activity they get together is the making and eating of tangyuan a.k.a balls of glutinuous rice , which has symbolize reunion. The festive is also a reminder that we're now a year older and should behave better in the coming year.
